On 4th July, Michelin unveiled the new selection of restaurants for the MICHELIN Guide Nordic Countries, from Stavanger, Norway.
Illustrating the creativity and dynamism of the Nordic culinary scene, the guide features a total of 255 restaurants, including 74 starred restaurants, 38 with a Michelin Green Star and 32 with a Bib Gourmand.
What follows is a list of every Michelin Star restaurant in the guide, both new and retained, as well as a list of all Bib Gourmands and Green Stars, including those newly awarded for 2022.
