MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
There’s a relaxed vibe to this bistro-cum-canteen and the staff clearly love what they do; it's sister to nearby Credo and follows the same sustainable approach. The Norwegian menu offers local oysters, crab from Hitra and wonderfully fresh fish and chips; cooking is comforting, and prices, kind on the pocket.

"We have the same ethos as our sister Credo: any left-over produce there goes to us and sometimes vice versa. We support the local farmers, as well as the Children's Culinary School. All our chefs visit farms to gain new experiences and consider the sustainability focus of the restaurant."
