The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Nordic Countries 2025 took place on Monday 16th June at Anneberg Kulturpark in Odsherred, Denmark, a designated UNESCO Global Geopark. Not only were the new Michelin Stars, Bib Gourmands, Green Stars and Special Awards announced, but this event also marked the unveiling of the full 2025 edition of the Guide, where a total of 33 new restaurants were added across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
