- Location: An immersive and memorable experience awaits behind the doors of an unassuming hotel
- Cuisine: Spectacular cooking that pays homage to local traditions with classic recipes stunningly reinterpreted
- The Inspectors Loved: Super sweet langoustine tail with roasted powdered shell, reduced head bisque and deep brown butter scented with roasted and fermented celeriac

Alimentum, Aalborg (Also a Green Star)
- Location: The room has a back-to-nature feel with light wood furnishings and plenty of greenery- Cuisine: Modern and seasonal, with ingredients from their farm and side dishes featuring lesser-used cuts
- The Inspectors Loved: Lobster tail and carrots: sweet tail atop stewed carrots with bitter herbs providing balance, and a side dish with a tartlet of chopped claws and julienne carrots

Parsley Salon, Hellerup
- Location: An intimate basement restaurant below a hotel, with six tables and a few counter seats
- Cuisine: Largely seafood and vegetable based
- The Inspectors Loved: 10-armed cuttlefish: butter-poached tagliatelle of the body and fried suckers, with leaf spinach, finely diced shallot and foraged stinging nettles flavouring the buttermilk sauce

Pearl by Paul Proffitt, Kruså
- Location: A contemporary room within an early 20th-century villa, in an idyllic setting next to the Flesborg Fjord
- Cuisine: Modern, sometimes playful cuisine that marries local produce and Danish influences with a little nostalgia from the chef's childhood in Britain
- The Inspectors Loved: Light and buttery brioche milk loaf with beef dripping and kefir-fermented butter spiked with 2.5% Maldon salt

Sushi Anaba, Copenhagen
- Location: A 15-seater counter in Nordhavn’s old Customs House, which was painstakingly deconstructed in 2019, with each limestone block numbered, before 2024 saw it lovingly reassembled again in its same 1916 design
- Cuisine: Japanese – Edomae-style nigiri and otsumami
- The Inspectors Loved: Two thick slices of top-quality kombu-aged brill, a superb trap-caught langoustine tail, a large Norwegian scallop and a 100-year-old mahogany clam

- Location: A chic basement restaurant close to the Botanical Gardens and the Danish National Gallery
- Cuisine: A French base, with Italian and Moroccan touches thanks to the chef's parents' countries of birth
- The Inspectors Loved: Served as a cheese course: three-week-old goat's cheese sorbet with top-quality Baux de Provence olive oil, bergamot zest and bee pollen tuiles

Udtryk, Copenhagen
- Location: An elegant, contemporary city centre spot
- Cuisine: Carefully sourced local produce served with a blend of Asian and European influences and techniques
- The Inspectors Loved: Raw Norwegian trap-caught shrimp with tiny pressed discs of nashi pear, the finest of slivers of raw green asparagus and a nicely acidic asparagus and sweet Basque pea extraction

- Location: A softly lit sushi counter inside the Skostredet Hotel, hosted by the gregarious, engaging Sergey Pak
- Cuisine: A succession of superb sushi, anchored by outstanding ingredients and razor-sharp technique
- The Inspectors Loved: The first nigiri serving, which included halibut, hamachi and turbot, expertly served with fresh wasabi, soy and rice infused with sakura blossom
