The 2025 MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for The Nordic Countries – which took place at Anneberg Kulturpark in Odsherred, Denmark – saw nine restaurants awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Named after the Michelin Man – whose official name is Bibendum – the Bib Gourmand distinction highlights restaurants offering good quality food at a great price, and are a real hit with our readers.

- Cuisine: French – Generous and hearty
- The Inspectors Loved: Piping-hot, crisp, golden barbajuans that were blistered, salty, dusted with lemon zest and filled with ricotta and kale

Koefoed, Copenhagen
- Location: A cosy basement in the city centre
- Cuisine: Reinvented smørrebrød at lunchtime and modern dinner menus – Ingredients from the island of Bornholm
- The Inspectors Loved: Make-your-own smørrebrød with white and brown bread, herring, shrimps, parsley, egg, mayonnaise and lemon
Radio, Copenhagen
- Location: A lively, moodily decorated restaurant opposite the former offices of The Danish Broadcasting Corporation
- Cuisine: Modern, flavour-packed cooking that uses organic ingredients grown in the restaurant’s nearby fields
- The Inspectors Loved: Flame-roasted white cabbage – caramelised and pleasantly crunchy – accompanied by a sea buckthorn, hazelnut and cheese sauce

Rebel, Copenhagen
- Location: A buzzy, compact, shabby-chic spot that's a favourite amongst the locals
- Cuisine: Modern, flavoursome cooking presented either as a tasting menu or in a small plates format
- The Inspectors Loved: A quenelle of smooth apple sorbet atop a vanilla ganache, with a dab of dulce de leche and powdered nuts

- Location: An elegant 19th-century house in a charming cobbled courtyard close to Aarhus Harbour
- Cuisine: Dishes lead with a Gallic edge, but also exhibit more wide-ranging international influences
- The Inspectors Loved: Roasted cod with fennel, granny smith and a mussel and mild curry sauce
