The MICHELIN Guide Nordic Countries 2022 was released on 4th July, with much celebration around the new Michelin Stars and Green Stars. But, we shouldn't forget the other restaurants that were added to the selection, as they too are all worthy recipients of a place in the Guide; every one of these restaurants has undergone a rigorous assessment process, where only the best make it through.
You may already know about some of these restaurants, as from April to June 2022 the Michelin Inspectors revealed their favourite new additions via monthly Live Updates. Now, we present every new addition to the Nordic Countries MICHELIN Guide 2022 in one place.
