MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Working exclusively with Swedish produce has allowed the two chef-owners to develop close relationships with their suppliers; it is the quality of these ingredients that lies at the heart of their success. The stunning surprise menu of 20 courses is an exercise in creativity, clarity and confidence. The service team are charming and the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

The chef's commitment
Our restaurant is certified organic but that isn’t enough for us and we constantly strive to be more responsible. We use renewable energy, minimise our food waste by using every part of our produce, and narrow down our use of chemicals and plastics.
