Chef Julien Royer and the team at Odette have curated an elegant showcase of iconic and seasonal plates for takeaway. Zen
Two MICHELIN Stars, MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019
Zen offers an array of products from gift baskets to a delivery menu  and discount vouchers for regular dinner service on its new microsite so you can "stay zen" in this circuit breaker period. Send a gift basket ($275) to a loved one: the basket contains seven jars of Zen's in-house condiments and relishes like truffle puree, yuzu kosho and Morello cherry jam, an assortment of cheeses, jamon iberico and Swedish caviar, as well as Swedish pastries, pear juice and a bottle of wine. Otherwise, have your own Zen dining experience at home with the set menu ($275) that features the whole works: canapes, starters, snacks, a choice of lamb or guinea fowl for mains and dessert.

Shisen Hanten
Two MICHELIN Stars, MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019
Spice up your long days at home with Shisen Hanten's signature Szechuan flavours. Must-orders include Chen's Mapo Doufu ($13) with Hokkaido rice or Chen's Mapo Doufu Donburi ($15) served on Hokkaido rice with Szechuan pickles. Saint Pierre
Two MICHELIN Stars, MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019

Saint Pierre reinvents the traditional concept of social gatherings with its brand new virtual experience. Diners can indulge in the restaurant’s elegant contemporary French cuisine in the comfort of their own homes while enjoying a virtual get-together with friends and families using the Zoom video meeting app. A suited-up member of the Saint Pierre team will deliver an eight-course omakase meal ($180++ or $220++ per person) in a beautiful bento box  to your doorstep and when all the guests have gathered on Zoom, chef-owner Emmanuel Stroobant himself makes an appearance to interact with his virtual guests and introduce them to the menu. A minimum of 15 people is required for Virtual Saint Pierre, though smaller parties may enquire with the restaurant for dates with available slots.

Meta

One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019
Chef Sun Kim may be known for his innovative take on modern Asian cuisine at his MICHELIN star establishment, but this time, he is bringing a comforting taste of classic Korean to your homes with his takeaway set menus. For $45, the set, which changes regularly, might come with the likes of cabbage chawanmushi, kimchi fried rice, Korean seafood pancake and the restaurant's signature dessert of banana cream puff. Nouri
One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019

MICHELIN-starred Nouri sister initiative Appetite has just launched an online shop featuring products developed in its research centre in the spirit of the restaurant's "crossroads cuisine". Buy a loaf of Nouri's rye sourdough ($16) to go with a takeaway portion (500ml) of the restaurant's signature course of organic distilled vegetable broth ($14). Heartier takeaways include dishes like Kanzuri Congee ($48), Roast Spring Chicken ($34) and Beef Laap Maltagani ($34). Also for sale are farm-to-table vegetables from Nouri's wholesale suppliers and homemade condiments like black pepper sauce and black orange jam alongside bottled beverages like kombucha and mezcal negroni.

Summer Pavilion

Handcrafted Cantonese dishes from one-star restaurant Summer Pavilion are now available for self-collection from the driveway of The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore with an advanced order of two hours. Culinary highlights include the baked sea perch with hoi sin sauce ($29); braised Hong Kong noodles with diced seafood ($29); and fried rice with crab meat and dried scallop ($29). A selection of exquisite wines is available to complement your meal. Takeaway is available from 11am to 9pm daily. All first time orders will receive a 20% dining privilege voucher that may be redeemed at Colony (excluding Sunday Vintage Champagne Brunch), valid through July 2020.

Summer Palace

Browse Summer Palace's newly launched takeaway menu to place an order for your favourite Cantonese classics like double-boiled soups, roast meats and wok-fried seafood, meats and vegetables.
