MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Gather friends and family and prepare to feast at this outpost of the Szechwan restaurant group, which was founded in Japan by the late Chen Kenmin; his grandson is now the Executive Chef. The high-ceilinged dining room hosts large round tables and boasts great city views. The restaurant uses supreme ingredients – in specialities such as braised Australian 4-head whole abalone, steamed chicken with sesame sauce, and ‘Chen’s Mapo Doufu’.
