MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The dining room is styled in an unmistakably Chinese manner, dotted with art, crafts and antiques. The generously sized space with a gold-and-red colour scheme exudes a sense of serenity. On the menu, classic Cantonese fare is offered alongside dim sum and other seasonal specialities, such as crispy suckling pig stuffed with minced shrimp and almonds flakes, wok-fried crocodile meat and asparagus in spicy sauce, as well as seafood pumpkin soup.
