Chefs Mathias and Thomas will do what they do best: showcase the finest of modern German cuisine but this time, with a Christmas twist so come savour the moment and experience the twin brothers’ culinary creations over the holidays at their gorgeous 1970s villa. Chef Garima Arora describes Gaa’s approach to cuisine as ‘modern eclectic’, an approach anchored in her passion for local produce and in Gaa’s mission to explore interesting, innovative ways to transform humble ingredients into vibrant new dishes.
