Mezzaluna (2 MICHELIN Stars)
For a breathtaking view of the city and a culinary experience like no other, Mezzaluna is where you want to be. Chef Ryuki’s festive menu comprises an array of distinctive Japanese ingredients as well as his specialty wagyu beef. Sühring (2 MICHELIN Stars)
Chefs Mathias and Thomas will do what they do best: showcase the finest of modern German cuisine but this time, with a Christmas twist so come savour the moment and experience the twin brothers’ culinary creations over the holidays at their gorgeous 1970s villa. Sühring’s festive menu concept consists of 12 servings divided into three chapters (snacks, dishes, sweets) with all dishes in their special menu being brand new.

Chefs Jo and Saki are serving up several unique and innovative dishes this holiday season. Their novel reinterpretation of traditional Thai cuisine includes two inventive oyster dishes, Tiger Prawn Crudo, Grilled Local Mushroom ‘Laab Kua’, a cuttlefish noodle dish ‘Kanom Jeen Nam Prik’, a silver mullet confit ‘Pla Tom Kamin’, Slow Poached Egg, Roasted Pork Chop with Caramelised Curry Paste, Roasted Chicken marinated with ‘Makwaen’, and Grilled Ribeye with Bone Marrow Pad Ped Sauce.

Chef’s Table (1 MICHELIN Star)
The art of cooking takes centre stage at Chef’s Table and for the holiday season, Chef Vincent Thierry and his team will create a classic French menu with a contemporary twist. The dishes are composed of imported and local seasonal products and can be paired with carefully selected fine wines. Their festive menu features Carabineros Prawn, King Crab Tiramisu, Scottish Langoustine, Sweetbread; Corrèze Chestnut Veloute; John Dory, Caviar Impérial de Sologne; Wild Venison Fillet; Seared Foie Gras; Brittany Lobster, Pumpkin; Duo of Challans Duck.

Gaa (1 MICHELIN Star)
Chef Garima Arora describes Gaa’s approach to cuisine as ‘modern eclectic’, an approach anchored in her passion for local produce and in Gaa’s mission to explore interesting, innovative ways to transform humble ingredients into vibrant new dishes. Their festive menu includes Uni, Khakra and Peanuts, Betel Leaf and Duck Takoyaki, Crab and Coconut, Crayfish and Rose, Berries and Caviar, Lamb Keema Pav, a Marian plum and tomato chilled soup, Pork Belly, plus Coriander Jaggery Ice Cream, Chocolate Betel Leaf, and petit fours for dessert.

From 21 December to 2 January, Gaa will be open for both lunch and dinner. The lunch menu will be offered on the weekends and Christmas Day (21, 22, 25, 28, 29 December) from 12:00 to 16:00 (last order at 13:30) and dinner from 18:00 (last order at 21:00). J’AIME head chef Amerigo Sesti continues to bring out the very best in modern French cuisine by offering exciting new culinary creations this holiday season. J’AIME’s special festive menu features an enticing variety of dishes such as Clam Tartare, Pennywort Pasta Gratin and Frog Legs, Black Kingfish Quenelle, Roast Beef, Brittany Lobster and Wild Mushrooms, Pan-Seared Venison, Thai Rebruchon Cheese and Black Winter Truffle, Scallop and Sea Urchin Tartare, Slow-Cooked Unagi and Sea Cucumber, Brittany Lobster, and Farmed Pork à la Royale.
