PRU’s new home with the PRU 2.0 tasting menu
Chef Jimmy Ophorst's creativity has outgrown the original PRU, the one MICHELIN Star and MICHELIN Green Star restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023. The only star restaurant in Phuket has expanded its horizons and has now reopened with a refreshed identity, PRU 2.0.

The newly renovated establishment now stands at the entrance of Trisara Resort. The space has been redesigned to include a welcoming drinks area before ascending to the second floor, where you're greeted by ocean views and a glorious sunset as you enter the dining room with its expansive windows and a herb garden nearby. Here, guests can revel in the spacious open kitchen, where the Dutch chef eagerly engages in conversations with diners. This fosters dialogues and offers the kitchen team an opportunity to proudly display the ingredients, meticulously sourced from all over Thailand.

Furthermore, the chef also celebrates the reopening dining spot with a reimagining of the menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients and produce from PRU's own organic farm. Get ready to be amazed by the combination of king of fruits with Thai seafood, razor clams infused with tea leaves, squid paired with blue cheese, and more.

PRU 2.0 tasting menu is priced at THB 6,900++ per person, or enhance your experience with wine pairing at THB 5,000++ per person, or opt for the alcohol-free pairing at THB 2,500++ per person.

Location: Trisara Resort, 60/1 Moo 6, Sri Soonthorn Road, Cherngtalay, Thalang, Phuket. For reservations or more information, contact +66 7668 3344.

In addition to great cookery, service undoubtedly plays a big role in the overall dining experience. Top restaurants endlessly seek quality service personnel who show self-confidence and the necessary skills and knowledge.
