Featuring 252 starred establishments, including 3 new two Star restaurants and 21 that won their first Star, the 2021 edition also welcomed a new distinction, the MICHELIN Green Star which aims to highlight exemplary establishments operating at the forefront of sustainable gastronomy with virtuous initiatives.
