Enoteca welcomes Seven Sins as a brand new menu
Recommended by MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023, Enoteca offers a new 7-course menu created by Chef Stefano Borra. Each dish is crafted from the finest ingredients. Dishes include grilled langoustine and baby fennel, sea scallop with vanilla oil as well as fresh tomato puree, duck carpaccio with tarragon oil and uni sauce with kale, to spaghetti cooked in fish broth and baby squid, topped with caviar and burrata cream, with the main course of wagyu lamb strip loin and spring vegetables ragout.

Hop on the truffle party bus at IGNIV Bangkok
One MICHELIN Starred IGNIV Bangkok invites truffle lovers to this specially crafted Truffle Party. The head chef and pastry chef duo, David Hartwig and Arne Riehn are joined by Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo from Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu (One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023), and Chef Nilas Corneliussen from Villa Frantzén, a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The four of them will cocreate a truffle-centric night to remember.
Truffle Party will be held on 3 July 2023 with 3 slots at 6pm, 7pm, and 8.30pm. The price is 6,700 THB++ per person, with optional wine pairing of 3,500 THB++ per person.

Stage 11.0 menu is here
Stage, a MICHELIN-listed restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023 celebrates summertime with Stage 11.0. This creation showcases the modern European diner’s evolution from 1.0 to the latest 11.0. Local and global ingredients are woven together to become French-inspired delicacies, with lobster as a part of every dish. From the base of a salad, boiled lobster on top, in crispy flour with paprika powder, to a tiny dot made from crustacean oil emulsion on sweetbread, a French summer delight.

The popular one MICHELIN Starred Potong restaurant is unstoppable at the moment. Get yourself ready for a collaboration between Chef Pichaya ‘Pam’ Soontornyanakij and Chef Ryogo Tahara from Iogy (Two MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Taipei & Taichung 2023) who have supported each other since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The “One Of A Kind” collaboration between logy X Potong is to be held at Potong in Bangkok on 27 July 2023 and at Iogy in Taipei on 2 August 2023.

The one MICHELIN Star and the first-ever Bangkok’s restaurant to achieve a MICHELIN Green Star, Haoma introduces its latest tasting menu – Meat & Seafood Experience. The 22-Expression course is inspired from the pre-and post-independence period of India as well as the team’s childhood memories.

Rainy Season at Wana Yook
Wana Yook, a MICHELIN recommended restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023, commemorates the rainy season and July with simple, yet delicious array of Khao Gaeng (rice topped with curry) such as Khao Klook Pla Tu (fried rice with mackerel) followed by Nam Phrik (chili sauce) of the day. Chef Chalee Kader suggests you try Nam Phrik Narok with charcoal grilled crispy pork belly and Gaeng Chamuang. We are also happy to see the popular Khanom Chin Sao Nam Mungkud return. This favourite and magical specialty is conjured from in-season mangosteen, salted egg yolk, dried shrimp, crab, and several local herbs. The ingredients are mixed together in coconut milk and finished with infused coconut granita.

South America meets Southeast Asia at Resonance
Chef Shunsuke Shimomura from Resonance, a MICHELIN-listed restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023, welcomes the Peruvian Chef Jorge Muñoz and Chef Francesca Ferreyros to Bangkok. The three will lead you across the border of tastes via a combination of South American and Southeast Asian culinary techniques.

The Once Upon a Time in Italy Chapter VIII menu brings you tastes of seasonal ingredients from regions all over Italy. Zucchini together with crab and lemon with mint that represent Apulia (Puglia). Cold pasta with red prawn, almond, and oregano served as a tribute to Sicily. The main course – royal sea bream, chanterelle, black truffle and vin santo showcases Tuscany’s bounties. Emilia-Romagna pleases your palate with baby pork, peach, eggplant and balsamic.

Summer menu inspired by journeys through Thailand and Spain at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin
This modern Thai Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin (One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023) celebrates the warm season with the new Summer Journey. Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen from Kiin Kiin, a recommended restaurant by the MICHELIN Guide Nordic countries 2023, together with Chef Chayawee 'Berm' Sutcharitchan envisioned the dishes together. They are inspired by Chef Yde-Andersen’s journey through Thailand and his experience in Spain. Simple street food may be the drive behind starters, yet nothing is as simple as it sounds. Seasonal ingredients are of exceptional quality. Red curry is served with lobster bisque, but as flan that tastes like steamed fish with curry paste. There is Iberico pork with sesame, soy butter sauce with ginger, onion and pickled pineapple to be enjoyed with Yasothon rice topped with roasted pork.
A 8-course menu costs 2,600 THB++ per person, with additional 1,800 THB++ for wine pairing. A 10-Course nenu costs 3,200 THB++ per person, with additional 2,700 THB++ for wine pairing. More truffle dinner from Mia with Embassy Room
Mia and Embassy Room of Park Hyatt Bangkok Hotel (both recommended in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023) is fulfilling truffle lover’s dream with the prized fungi from Truffle Hill by Verduno. Chef Top Russell and Chef Michelle Goh, together with Chef Ferran Tadeo will present a 6-course truffle dinner. The cold starter comprises Gambero Rosso, Hokkaido scallops, truffle dashi, and caviar. Homemade Canelon, Idiazabal cheese, and truffle demi-glace together create the hot starter. For the main course, enjoy John Dory with gnocchi and red prawn with mushroom or truffle and Margaret River beef with Jerusalem artichoke and truffle jus.
