MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Stage (French for “apprentice” and pronounced “Starge”) is the brainchild of a former chef at Robuchon in Bangkok. She opened this contemporary European restaurant with other former staffers after it closed. The navy exterior sets the tone for the interior, which exudes sophisticated yet informal vibes. The seasonal menu is cooked with French cooking techniques. The Stage Experience Tasting Menu is recommended; and the truffle hot dog can’t be missed.
