The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has recently expanded their range of delicacies on their online shop to cover more creations by the hotel’s executive pastry chef, Ringo Chan. New items in the pastry category include a sourdough croissant (HK$28/piece), plain or raisin scones (HK$28/piece) and a Sicilian Pistachio Danish (HK$28/piece). For cake lovers, don’t miss the Red Velvet Cake (HK$55/piece) and Piemonte Hazelnut and Sea Salt Caramel Cake (HK$55/piece) that comes highly recommended by Chan. Diners can now enjoy the refined Cantonese dishes of Ying Jee Club in the comfort of their own home with their takeaway menus prepared by chef Siu Hin Chi. There are two set menus on offer: a 4-course set menu (HK$350/person) and a 5-course set menu (HK860/person). Both sets include a soup dish, a main course and a rice or noodle dish. Diners can also order from the select a la carte menu. Tate

Making good use of her past experience as a designer, Vicky Lau of Tate is offering a delivery service, Date by Tate, with the restaurant's usual attention to detail. Available in three menus, the dishes are not only served on chinaware but are placed in a wooden Tiffin Box, which is accompanied by a brushed brass cutlery packed in a leather case to complete the experience. Diners can either pay HK$500 to keep the box, or return it to the restaurant and enjoy HK$150 off on their next order.

Located in PMQ in Central, Louise is a French bistro that serves reimagined traditional French food in a casual environment. The restaurant's lauded signature dish, Roasted Yellow Hong Kong Chicken With Niigata Rice “En Cocotte” can now be sent to diners' doorsteps. Available in a variety of sets (HK$1,198/two persons, HK$1,408/two persons and HK$2,888/four persons), the dish comprises one whole locally bred chicken that comes with crispy skin and tender meat, rice that is cooked in chicken stock and chicken jus, and a selection of sides and desserts such as Sourdough Bread with Signature Spread and Homemade Canelés. Duddell’s

Cantonese fine-dining restaurant Duddell’s is branching into takeaway and deliveries for the very first time with a selective menu featuring their signature dishes. Their Back To The 80’s Dim Sum Set (HK$882) serves six people and offers eight types of dim sum such as the Duddell’s Pork and Shrimp Dumpling, Turnip Pudding and Classic Egg Tart. The Peking Duck Set (HK$1,380) feeds four people. Apart from the duck, which is served with pancakes and traditional condiments, the set also includes Marinated Cucumber, Sautéed Diced Angus Beef with Cumin, among other dishes. A la carte dishes such as Honey Glazed Barbecued Pork (HK$298), and Longevity Bun (HK$18/piece ) are also available. Takeaway and delivery service is available from 12 noon to 9 pm daily.

Celebrity Cuisine

The restaurant widely praised for its solid Cantonese cooking has started to work with UberEats and Foodpanda since the start of March to offer a delivery service. Delivery menu items such as the Braised Pork With Preserved Vegetable With Rice and Steamed Pork Patty With Water Chestnut With Rice (both $168) were carefully selected by chef Cheng Kam Fu for their ability to withstand the travel time without having their textures or flavours compromised. Chef Cheng has also insisted on using boxes that separate the gravy-laden dishes from the rice. For a real indulgence while staying home, order Bird's Nest Stuffed In Chicken Wings (HK$168 per piece), a lauded chef Cheng signature.

Helmed by internationally renowned chef Umberto Bombana, Octavium’s MICHELIN-starred Italian cuisine can now be enjoyed at home via the restaurant's new takeaway and delivery service. Nine items are available, including the San Daniele Ham with Japanese Sweet White Radish (HK$360), Spaghetti Chitarra With Sicilian Red Prawns (HK$420) and a classic Italian tiramisu (HK$180). Guests are advised to place the order one day in advance, but the restaurant may accept same-day orders depending on availability. Delivery charges are HK$150 for Hong Kong Island addresses, HK$300 for Kowloon and HK$450 for the New Territories.

Tim Ho Wan
One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2020
Founded by chef Mak Kwai Pui and chef Leung Fai Keung in 2009, Tim Ho Wan was the cheapest MICHELIN-starred restaurant in the world when it received its first star in 2010. They have started to work with Foodpanda to offer delivery service for the first time. Among the 30 types of dim sum on offer are their popular baked BBQ pork buns (HK$25/3 pieces), shrimp dumplings (HK$37), siu mai (HK$37) and ma lai go (HK$22), along with a selection of rice noodle rolls, steamed rice, congee and snacks to complete the menu. In line with his philosophy, chef Mak insists that all foods, even they are for delivery, are to be made a la minute to maintain the highest standard possible.

Cornerstone
Bib Gourmand, MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2020
Shane Osborn, the chef behind one-MICHELIN-star Arcane and Bib Gourmand restaurant Cornerstone, has teamed up with online store Waves Pacific to launch a DIY meal package (HK$500) to deliver quality ingredients used by Cornerstone to home cooks. The package includes 300 grams of Ōra King Salmon Fillet, 300 grams of Rangers Valley Wagyu Bavette, two butterflied Brisbane Valley Jumbo Quail, 10 Japanese Taiyouran Eggs and two cans of Peroni. It also comes with two recipes from Osborn that teach you how to make the best use of the salmon, and how to perfect Cornerstone’s signature steak sandwich at home.

Famed for its Beijing, Sichuan, and Cantonese cuisine infused with modern elements, China Tang is now offering three menus designed specially for takeaways. The set for one (HK$108) comprises one portion of soup, such as Sweet Corn Broth with Crab Meat, and one main course, such as Steamed Rice with Barbecued Pork and Honey Sauce. Families can order the set for four (HK$988) that includes four portions of soup, a choice of appetiser, such as Marinated Chicken with Chinese Rice Wine, two choices of the main course, such as Sweet and Sour pork and Wok-fried Prawn, and a vegetable dish. China Tang also offers Poon Choi (HK$1,088) that features luxurious ingredients such as abalone, garoupa fillet, wagyu and conpoy, and other a la carte dishes and desserts for diners to takeaway.

Popular Sichuan restaurant Chili Fagara's latest offshoot is a delivery-only brand named Hot N Meen, which they started to cater to the growing demand. The concise menu offers only 10 cold dishes and 13 types of noodles, but there is something for every palate, from the Dan Dan Noodles (HK$68) for spice-lovers to the Beijing-style Noodles In Soybean Paste (HK$68) and Spring Onion Noodles with Scallion Oil And Dried Shrimp (HK$68) for vegetarians and the spice-averse. Go for the lunch set to enjoy an appetiser and a main dish for HK$108. They also offer home-made sauce such as Vegetarian XO Sauce (HK$158) on the ordering platform.
Hot 'N' Meen is currently only available on Deliveroo.
Yakiniku Jumbo
MICHELIN Plate, MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2020
For the very first time, guests are able to enjoy the best-selling grilled beef of Yakiniku Jumbo at home thanks to the restaurant's bento box series launched on April 1. Popular favourites include the Kuroge Wagyu Beef Bento (HK$248) and Premium Ox Tongue Bento (HK$198) that are under the "grilled meat" series. Other bento choices include the Wagyu Beef Curry Udon (HK$168) and Okinawa Pork With Ginger Sauce ($168). The quantity of the six types of bento boxes that are under the "grilled meat" series is limited to 80 sets per type per day, so pre-order them to avoid disappointment.

Have a taste of Forum, which has been newly elevated to three-MICHELIN-star status in the latest 2020 edition of the MICHELIN Guide, in the comfort of your home with their recently updated takeaway set menus. Now available in sets of four or six dishes, the dish choices nclude popular items such as Braised Mushroom and Goose Web in Abalone Sauce, Braised Ox-tail and Stir-fry Minced Fish with Bean Sprout. Roganic is bringing to Hong Kong diners Simon Rogan At Home, a delivery service that chef Rogan first launched in his two MICHELIN stars restaurant L'Enclume in England to much acclaim. The 3-course meal kit ($300/person) features a selection of three delectable dishes that will change regularly, and the kit also comes with Roganic's lauded Soda Bread with Whipped Brown Butter. Diners can simply follow the reheating instructions enclosed in the package for the best possible Simon Rogan restaurant experience at home. The three dishes offered in the latest menu are Grilled Salad with Westcombe Cheese and Truffle, Pork Belly and Shoulder with Roasted Carrot, and Ginger Cake with Pear and Spiced Custard. Sister Wah takes pride in making their beef brisket noodles with fresh beef brisket with the same recipe the founder has been using since they opened 16 years ago. They have recently started working with Deliveroo to offer delivery on top of their existing takeaway service. On the menu is their famous beef brisket noodles (HK$60), deep-fried pork rib with vegetables rice (HK$72) and radish in beef sauce (HK$24). The combination set lets you taste the restaurant's best selling items such as the beef brisket noodles and the radish, for just HK$80.
