MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Having just six tables and a host of regulars makes booking ahead vital at this discreet and colourful restaurant. The short menu is jam-packed with specialities, such as whole superior abalone in oyster sauce, baked chicken with Shaoxing wine and the signature fried rice. The must-try bird’s nest-stuffed chicken wing is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and each bite bursts with flavour, enlivened by contrasting textures.
