MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The name will be known to all fans of Sichuan cooking as this is their second site and replaced the original one in Graham Street which closed in 2016. It’s quite a large space and is moodily dark at night. Dishes are classified ‘Ma’, ‘La’ and ‘Tang’ according to their level of spiciness – it’s best to end with a ‘La’ dish. Chilli crab always delivers, but you won’t regret ordering the glazed beef with caramelised garlic and ginger-infused sauce.
