Elements Experience Menu celebrates Mother’s Day as well as the restaurant’s reopening. Diners can now return to enjoy the French cuisine with Japanese flair from Chef Hans Zahner at Elements in The Okura Prestige Bangkok hotel. Guests can choose from a six-course Ta-Ke set or seven course Matsu set for two, for the price of one (including drinks).
The menu features the freshest picks of the season, including fresh Ostra Regal oysters from France with abalone, gelé celery apple, and dashi foam; Yoichi Monkfish from Hokkaido served with clam and Japanese curry, Sawara fish from Kyoto serve with watercress velouté; and the very special grilled Satsuma wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture served with potatoes stewed in butter, mashed shallots with beef sauce and shiitake mushrooms.
