This Japanese restaurant in The Okura Prestige Bangkok offers three different dining experiences, a sushi bar, a teppanyaki station, and a fine dining area. Kimono-clad staff serve its wide range of dishes, including an excellent omakase and the chef’s menu that must be reserved two days in advance. Fish is flown in fresh from Toyosu Fish Market, and even much of the dishware is from Japan.
