Named after Milan’s legendary opera house, La Scala has welcomed many fine chefs into its beautiful kitchen, which is equipped with an Italian marble pizza oven. Over 80% of the ingredients are sourced from Italy; do try Gastronomic Journey – the tasting menu available in 4, 5 or 7 courses. The pasta, pizzas and homemade breads are excellent. Ask for a terrace seat by the pool for tranquillity or sit inside to witness the spirited atmosphere of the open kitchen.
