Le 12 septembre 2024, le Guide MICHELIN a révélé les dernières additions à sa liste des hôtels à une, deux et trois Clefs à travers les États-Unis. Il s'agit de la deuxième annonce des Clefs MICHELIN dans le pays, avec des sélections provenant de tout le territoire, ajoutées à une liste qui comprenait auparavant des hôtels uniquement de certains endroits sélectionnés.
Cette annonce des hôtels les plus remarquables du pays arrive après quatre ans de rénovation complète de notre sélection hôtelière. Le Guide MICHELIN inclut désormais plus de 5 000 hôtels dans le monde, et aucun d'entre eux n'est simplement une chambre pour la nuit. Ce sont des lieux qui ajoutent considérablement à votre expérience de voyageur, chacun étant soigneusement évalué et jugé excellent dans cinq catégories : l'architecture et le design intérieur, la qualité et la cohérence du service, la personnalité et le caractère global, le rapport qualité/prix, ainsi qu'une contribution significative à l'expérience client dans un cadre spécifique.

Les Nouveaux Hôtels Trois Clefs de l’Ouest Américain
Lors de notre deuxième annonce des hôtels Clef aux États-Unis, cinq nouveaux hôtels rejoignent le club exclusif des Trois Clefs. Parmi eux, trois sont situés dans l'Ouest américain : Sage Lodge dans le Montana, Amangiri dans l'Utah, et Canyon Ranch Tucson en Arizona. Chacun de ces établissements tire parti des paysages inspirants de la région, avec Canyon Ranch et Amangiri nichés au cœur de paysages désertiques spectaculaires.
La localisation de Sage Lodge à Pray, dans le Montana, peut sembler inconnue, mais ce ranch isolé a un voisin célèbre : ses 1200 acres se trouvent à seulement 30 minutes en voiture du parc national de Yellowstone.

Austin, Texas et Charleston, Caroline du Sud ont ajouté à elles seules 15 nouveaux hôtels Clef, un hommage mérité à ces deux villes souvent citées parmi les plus dynamiques des États-Unis. La scène hôtelière a suivi le rythme, avec des joyaux tels que le Commodore Perry Estate (Austin) et le Dewberry (Charleston), qui intègrent l’histoire de leurs bâtiments dans une approche raffinée du luxe boutique.

Joyaux de la Côte : La Californie du Nord au Sud
Bien que la Californie n'ait ajouté aucun nouvel hôtel à la liste des Clefs lors de notre deuxième annonce du 12 septembre, cela vaut la peine de revisiter les nombreux établissements Clef distingués lors de notre première annonce en avril.
