A festive, multicultural celebration takes place with a strong return to dining and a long-awaited homecoming for Singapore chefs abroad.

Michelin is pleased to announce the MICHELIN Guide’s arrival in İstanbul, whose first restaurant selection will be unveiled on 11 October 2022. İstanbul will therefore become the 38th international destination to have its gastronomic scene brought to the fore by the MICHELIN Guide inspectors.

The MICHELIN Inspectors will reveal new additions to Singapore throughout the year.

La Villa Madie in Cassis and Plénitude - Cheval Blanc Paris both receive 3 MICHELIN Stars ; 6 new restaurants receive 2 Stars and 41 new eateries have been awarded 1 Star ; The MICHELIN Green Star brings to the fore the ecologically responsible undertakings of 6 new exemplary establishments ; The MICHELIN Guide celebrates the diversity of restaurant professions with its special awards.

From 3-Star Mirazur's chef Mauro Colagreco unveiling his new restaurant in Singapore, 2-Star Restaurant Story holding residency in Singapore this April, to new restaurant openings and menus, there's a lot to look forward to this 2022!

In total, the new edition showcases 100 restaurants, including 2 three-Star restaurants, 3 two-Star restaurants, 29 one-Star restaurants as well as 18 Bib Gourmand establishments.

For its 14th consecutive edition, the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2022 is pleased to highlight a total of 11 newly starred restaurants, including 2 new Two Stars and 9 new One Stars, together with 7 new Bib Gourmands.

The full selection of the MICHELIN Guide Chengdu 2022 has been announced on Jan. 6, 2022, celebrating 1 two MICHELIN Star, 8 one MICHELIN Star and 13 Bib Gourmand restaurants, as well as a special award – the MICHELIN Service Award.

The MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2022 selection is announced today at the Xijiao State Guest Hotel, Shanghai, celebrating 1 new Three MICHELIN Star restaurant, 5 new One MICHELIN Star restaurants and the Bib Gourmand selection.
