Wine & Dine This Christmas at RWS

Ring in the year-end festivities with a gourmet feast from the resort's Michelin-starred restaurants.

There’s no better time to indulge in merry-making than Christmas. This festive season, celebrate at Resorts World Sentosa as the island resort pulls out all the stops with their stable of Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrity chefs.

Headlining this gourmet line-up are three and two-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon respectively. On the menu at the former: Shaved black truffle and potatoes with foie gras carpaccio and a classic beef chateaubriand with foie gras. At L’Atelier, diners are immersed in an interactive dining experience with servers turning out smoked bacon jelly and black truffle, as well as roasted turbot with celeriac scales.

Adding to the starred list is one Michelin-starred Osia Steak and Seafood Gril, with hearty offerings such as seafood platters bearing Maine lobster, octopus and Hokkaido scallops, as well as Murray Bridge pasture lamb and Tajima wagyu beef.

Building up the festive cheer is CURATE, with a special Alpine menu created by chef de cuisine Benjamin Halat. Think pig’s trotters with a beer glaze and a ‘Simmentaler’ beef tenderloin. Meanwhile, at Fratelli, ring in a white Christmas with pasta and a traditional bagna cauda sauce, as well as a foie gras ‘tartufino’.
