Saint Pierre Offers Opulent Christmas, New Year’s, and Takeaway Menus

Two-MICHELIN-starred Saint Pierre invites guetst to celebrate Christmas and ring in the New Year with Yuletide menus featuring caviar, truffle, hairy crab, marron, and pigeon. Enjoy Sommer’s Famous Beef Wellington in a Special Christmas Menu

From Dec. 21-24, 2021, 1 Star Sommer will be serving a special 6-course Experience Christmas Menu that includes their iconic and elusive Beef Wellington by chef Lewis Barker. Experience Buona Terra’s White Truffle Rhapsody Menu This December

This time of the year calls for truffles, and at 1 Star Buona Terra, white truffles abound in the restaurant’s seasonal menu. Available this December until the truffles run out, diners can enjoy luxurious plates such as White Truffle Egg Soufflé with Saffron and Parmesan Cheese Sauce; Tagliolini with Butter Emulsion, Parmesan Cheese and White Truffle; and Monte Bianco – a layered dessert of mushroom meringue, vanilla cream, chestnut cream, marron glacé, toasted Piedmont hazelnuts, and hazelnut ice cream with white truffle shaved over. Indulge in MICHELIN-Starred CUT’s Special Holiday Feasts

One-MICHELIN-starred CUT at Marina Bay Sands will be offering three festive menus this holiday season starting off with 3-course advent dinners featuring American Wagyu Eye of Rib Steak and a Yule Log with Kaya Chantilly and Pineapple Compote. On Dec. 31, 2021, a special New Year’s Eve dinner menu featuring Hokkaido “Snow” New York Sirloin and the restaurant’s signature Kaya Baked Alaska will be served, and a New Year’s Day brunch on Jan. 01, 2022, showcasing a Maple Glazed Pork Belly and a design-your-own Steak and Eggs dish, will be available. Bib Gourmand Awarded The Coconut Club Launches a Series of Limited Edition Kuehs

For those leaning towards more local tastes, Bib Gourmand restaurant The Coconut Club has recently launched a limited-time collaboration called "One Kueh, or Another". In this collaboration, three heritage-inspired kuehs will be sold in nine-piece sets that are great for festive celebrations and gifting.

Each set features three pieces each of caramelised Kueh Sarang Semut, butter-basted Kueh Bakar Tapai, and custardy Nagasari Pisang, which are all made fresh using The Coconut Club’s signature premium blend of cold-pressed coconut milk. This selection will be available in addition to The Coconut Club’s existing trio of signature kuehs: Kueh Kosui, Kueh Salat, and Kueh Bingka. Guests of The Coconut Club can enjoy the three limited-edition creations at the restaurant or place orders through their online store for pickup and delivery.

Whitegrass’s Festive Menus Boast Classic French Chicken and Eggnog

Apart from one-MICHELIN-starred Whitegrass's winter menu that serves a special Aya Budou pork where grape husks are added to the pig feed, guests can also look forward to chef Takuya Yamashita's festive lunch and dinner menus that boast French Spring Chicken with Applesauce and Eggnog to end each meal on a sweet note. It’s a Black Truffle Christmas and a White Truffle New Year at La Dame de Pic

In all of Anne-Sophie Pic’s restaurants, berlingots, which are pasta parcels filled with French cheese fondue, are always served as part of the degustation menu. And in her Singapore restaurant, MICHELIN-listed La Dame de Pic at Raffles Hotel Singapore, the berlingots will be accompanied by black truffles for the Christmas lunch and dinner menus, and on New Year’s Eve dinner, they will be partnered with white truffles instead. The holiday menus at La Dame de Pic also feature festive fare such as foie gras terrine, Scottish blue lobsters, and a special Christmas dessert that features Itakuja chocolate. Yì By Jereme Leung Offers an Exclusive Festive Menu with Flavours from China

For a Chinese dining experience that’s fit for the holidays, MICHELIN-listed Yì By Jereme Leung will serve two set menus from Dec. 24, 2021 to Jan. 02, 2022 that feature festive specials such as turkey fillet in black bean sauce with pickled young ginger, as well as Boston lobster with Puning bean paste and braised garlic.
