Throwing a year-end party and entertaining at home can be simple and stress free but no less splendid with these deliveries and takeaways from Singapore’s MICHELIN star restaurants.

Les Amis

While fine dining grande dame Les Amis has returned to focusing on dining in since circuit breaker restrictions were lifted, they are breaking out their treasure trove of carefully sourced products for takeaway once again for the festive season. Take home chef Sebastien Lepinoy’s signature Reserve “Les Amis” Caviar ($240 for 100g) and Royal Fillet Smoked Salmon ($115 for 400-600g) or bring the Les Amis ice cream trolley experience home with a limited run of freshly churned Grand Cru Tahiti Vanilla ($55) or Blue Mountain Coffee ($28) ice cream. Finally, welcome the new year in style with a bottle of Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, Blanc de Blancs ($235, only 60 bottles available).

Saint Pierre

Throwing a classy Christmas party at home will be a cinch with Saint Pierre’s festive takeaway menu replete with choice delicacies. Starters like the Armagnac-marinated foie gras terrine ($280+ per kg), Green Tea Smoked Sakura Masu (Japanese salmon) ($160+ per kg) and Five XP-marinated Dry Fruit Foie Gras Torchon ($260+ per kg) are perfect for pecking on while the host serves up mains of roasted whole capon stuffed with chestnut, mushroom and foie gras ($45+ per kg, approx. 2.5kg) or 200-day aged angus beef rib eye “en croute” ($120+ per kg). Impress your guests with a whole dry aged Cote De Boeuf ($140+ per kg, approx. 9kg) or a maple-bourbon glazed ham ($45+ per kg) but remember to save room for Grandma Stroobant’s flourless Belgian chocolate cake ($140+ per kg) and other sweet treats.

Choose between two options ($180++ and $200++) for an array of premium gourmet offerings such as Wild Salmon served with N25 aged caviar, and Snow Crab with aomori apple. A minimum order of 15 boxes with at least 7 days in advance is required for all Christmas corporate bento box orders.

For the festive season, pick up a wholesome French heritage inspired Christmas feast that is ready to plate at home. Good for 4 to 6 diners, Jag’s festive takeaway ($700++) starts with a whole Foie Gras Terrine (200-250g) accompanied with homemade apple chutney and a generous fillet ofsmoked salmon served with earthy beetroot variations and sour cream accentuated with Thym Citron. For the main course, a glorious Poulet de Bresse that you finish in the oven to achieve golden, cracking skin and succulent juicy meat. The classic roast is topped with generous shavings of luxurious black truffle and served with a rich selection of delicious trimmings include sautéed chestnuts, chestnut purée, braised pumpkin, creamy pumpkin purée, decadent truffle cream and potato confit. To finish, the decadent dark chocolate Bûche de Noël or log cake is perfectly paired with a sweet-salty caramel sauce that will leave you hankering for more.

While the Covid-19 crisis has pushed many F&B operators to deliveries and digitalisation, MICHELIN-starred wine-focused restaurant Ma Cuisine has taken it a step further with their very own delivery app which combines a selection of wine, food, delicatessen, tableware, scents, flowers and art, and also festive packages, vouchers and priority booking at Ma Cuisine. With the app, you can now create your own festive menu at home with just a few clicks. Starters for sharing include foie gras ($33 for 1-2 persons), fresh shucked oysters from Marennes Oleron ($36 for half dozen) and wild smoked salmon blinis ($48). Larger mains like Coq Au Vin ($220), braised French baby lamb leg ($190) and braised guinea fowl with morel mushrooms ($270) are good for 2 to 4 people. Complete the meal with an assortment of sides, cheeses and desserts, and don’t forget to pick a bottle of two from the Wine Delivery section.

Set the table for MICHELIN-star Italian restaurant Buona Terra's Festive Feast At Home takeaway menu which features an ensemble of five courses including Slow-Cooked Wagyu Short Ribs with Polenta and Kampot Pepper Sauce, and Cold Angel Hair Pasta with Tomato Emulsion, Sea Urchin and Calvisius Caviar from chef Denis Lucchi's home province of Brescia, Lombardy.
