All of the designations have been granted for the year, so you know exactly how our inspectors feel about all of your favorite restaurants across the four U.S. cities they cover. But Michelin stars, Bib Gourmand and the like are for the restaurants and not individual dishes. Below, we've rounded up our inspectors' favorite food and drink items from across the country (in no particular order).
Be sure to check out the Michelin Inspectors Instagram account for pictures of all of the dishes listed.
