Following the lead of Bangkok’s flagship, their colonial-style mansion with wood-panelled interior, wicker furnishings and louver shutters, set in lush gardens, pulls in the crowds. They serve a roll call of Thai classics, but the main attraction, the Peranakan Menu, for couples to share, is unique to Phuket. The signature Peranakan Tumee King Mackerel comes in large pieces of fish in a rich coconut curry with crispy okra. They also have a great cocktail selection.
