Helmed by Chef Mai who boasts over 30 years of experience, this spot serves exquisite Cantonese fare. Every dish embodies the utmost finesse and attention to detail. The range of dim sum at lunch is dazzling, with deep-fried taro dumplings full of shrimp and chicken being a stand out. Coconut-scented crispy skin chicken is a favourite for good reason. Chef Mai also worked with the hotel’s western chef on desserts, thereby enhancing his eclectic repertoire.
