Who are the winemakers shaping Burgundy’s finest wines today? Whether heirs to iconic estates or new talents arriving from elsewhere, these men and women share a common passion for the Burgundian terroir. This inaugural edition sees nine wine estates receiving the highest distinction – Three MICHELIN grapes – while 20 estates are awarded Two MICHELIN grapes and 33 receive One MICHELIN grape. In total, the MICHELIN Guide recognises 94 wine estates in Burgundy in this historic first selection.

The MICHELIN Guide is set to unveil its inaugural wine selection on 7th July 2026, focusing on three renowned wine-growing regions – Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Côte Chalonnaise – spanning the Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire departments. This landmark event, to be held in Dijon, will introduce the MICHELIN grape (in the form of One, Two and Three grapes), a new accolade designed to guide wine lovers towards the finest vineyards.
