If you visit Hong Kong in December, you will find Christmas elements dotted around the city. Streets, especially those in Tsim Sha Tsui East and Wanchai’s Lee Tung Avenue, will be lit up with extensive Christmas lights, exuding a magical atmosphere. The Christmas market is another main festive attraction in Hong Kong. This year, one of the must-visit markets is Christmas Town in Central’s Statue Square Gardens, where 12 chalets will delight guests with seasonal food, gifts and workshops against the backdrop of a grand 20-meter Christmas tree. From now until 4 January 2026, eight iconic buildings in Central will also join the celebration and present an immersive light show. Christmas at Rosewood Hong Kong, the only Three MICHELIN Key hotel in Hong Kong, is all about celebrating togetherness this year.
