The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025 Bib Gourmand selection has been announced, with 10 new establishments joining the list—9 from Hong Kong and 1 from Macau. This brings the total to 77 food establishments awarded this distinction, celebrating exceptional value-for-money gourmet experiences.

9 restaurants are newly awarded or promoted to One or Two MICHELIN Stars. A total of 95 restaurants are recognised with MICHELIN Stars: 79 are located in Hong Kong and 16 in Macau. The MICHELIN Green Star recognises the outstanding sustainable commitment of 1 newly awarded restaurant.

A total of 77 food establishments are awarded a Bib Gourmand, with 67 in Hong Kong and 10 in Macau. Out of the 10 new Bib Gourmand entrants (9 new, 1 moved from MICHELIN Selected), 7 are from Hong Kong and 3 are from Macau.

15 restaurants are awarded or promoted to One, Two, or Three MICHELIN Stars; a total of 95 restaurants are recognised with MICHELIN Stars, with 78 in Hong Kong and 17 in Macau; and the sustainable commitment of one new restaurant is also highlighted with the MICHELIN Green Star.

After taking the last year to immerse himself in the intricacies of Sichuan cuisine, chef André Chiang is taking his brand of contemporary Sichuan cooking to Macau and the world.

This year’s selection sees Caprice and Jade Dragon enter the three-starred echelon. Together with four new two-starred and six new one-starred restaurants, the oldest Michelin selection in China continues to display the remarkable dynamism of the region.
