Sushi
Spanning Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore and Bangkok, Ginza Sushi Ichi imports the daily catch from Tokyo’s markets. This Bangkok branch uses the same rice-vinegar formula as the flagship restaurant, importing sushi rice from Yamagata. The quintessentially Japanese decor with neutral pine walls hosts a genial atmosphere. Ten seats circle the marble counter for an omakase experience focusing on nigiri. Private rooms are available and, of course, there’s a good range of sake.
