At the two-MICHELIN-starred Singapore offshoot of chef Bjorn Frantzen's three-starred Frantzen in Sweden, diners can pamper themselves with a special all-inclusive dinner menu that includes flowers, any beverage pairing of your choosing, and champagne to greet you upon arrival. The meal begins with exquisite snacks by the open kitchen and an introduction to the evening's premium Nordic and Japanese ingredients before diners are ushered upstairs for an eight-course meal. Post-meal, head to the restaurant's living room, where you can coo sweet nothings over dessert, drinks and petits fours.

Friendly service and a convivial atmosphere set the stage for an eight-course spread at Alma. The meal opens with refreshing starters of Muirgen oysters, Kaluga hybrid caviar and Scottish langoustine before the arrival of comforting warm plates of polenta with sweetbread and chanterelles; Carabinero prawns with hoisin and XO sauce, as well as a bouillabaisse with Amadai and Yarika squid. Mains and desserts will feature Iberian pork jowl and Ginryu strawberries for the ladies and Ohmi beef and chestnut and hojicha Manjari cake for the gentlemen.

Steal your loved one away for an evening to the resort island of Sentosa for an evening, where Michelin-starred table65 headlined by Dutch celebrity chef Richard van Oostenbrugge offers a great combination of sophisticated cuisine and friendly service.

Diners can look forward to inventive dishes such as Sri Lankan mud crab with bisque-infused egg yolk, runner bean and vadouvan; Mozambique langoustine poached in duck fat with coffee, lemon and Albufera-style dashi as well as monkfish served with terrine of its liver, Cévenne onion “soubise” and smoked Shaoxing sauce. The romance by the pool on the rooftop of Hilton Singapore begins with a complimentary glass of Champagne followed by a five-course Italian meal created by chef Yohhei Sasaki, who weaves fresh, seasonal Italian and Japanese ingredients into each of his dishes. This grande dame of fine steak and Continental cuisine established in 1963 will offer four- and five-course dinner options this Valentine’s Day. Highlights on the menu include a crab salad with compressed watermelon, plum and caviar; poached lobster with chicken roulade, mushroom and Cavatelli pasta; and a choice of grilled wagyu sirloin or a garoupa fillet with broccoli rosti for the main course. The five-course dinner comes with the addition of steamed egg custard with duck foie gras and truffle glaze, ending with a dessert of pink profiteroles and sorbet.
