Indulge in a two-starred fine dining experience complete with a spectacular waterfront view with Saint Pierre's six-course Valentine's Day menu ($388++ per person). The luxurious menu showcases the likes of black truffle with Hokkaido scallop and cauliflower; N25 aged reserve caviar plated with sakura masu and Jerusalem artichoke, as well as a signature marron dish which comprises the Manjimup marron, turnip, and finger lime. Finish on a sweet note with Tochigi strawberry, white chocolate and basil.

Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to experience chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive’s take on traditional Basque cuisine. The special six-course dinner menu for the day ($288++ per person, add $138 for wine pairing) features Sakoshi bay oyster with a refreshing jalapeno and piparra gazpacho, sweet Japanese Amela tomatoes, charcoal-grilled monkfish as well as the restaurant’s signature txuleta with triple cooked chips and green salad. Round it all off with a selection of cheese, Ispahan and petit fours.

In a first for the MICHELIN-starred French omakase restaurant, Jag will be open on a Sunday to welcome lovebirds to celebrate Valentine’s Day in its intimate dining room. Inspired by the seasonal produce of winter, the six-course lunch ($205++ per person) and eight expressions dinner menu ($350++ per person) will feature premium ingredients like freshly delivered Hokkaido scallops, plump Boudeuse Oysters, Black Kingfish Cobia and veal tenderloin. And to finish, a surprise gift will be presented to the couple at the end of their meal.
