In a first for the MICHELIN-starred French omakase restaurant, Jag will be open on a Sunday to welcome lovebirds to celebrate Valentine’s Day in its intimate dining room. Inspired by the seasonal produce of winter, the six-course lunch ($205++ per person) and eight expressions dinner menu ($350++ per person) will feature premium ingredients like freshly delivered Hokkaido scallops, plump Boudeuse Oysters, Black Kingfish Cobia and veal tenderloin.
