Opened in 2016 by Ellia and Chef Junghyun "JP" Park, this Gramercy spot is popular for its unapologetic passion for Korean food and deeply welcoming atmosphere. The space leans industrial thanks to its minimal design, while the menu lures guests with its adventurous—yet approachable—take on Korean cooking. Here you may find the likes of red shrimp in a kimchi beurre blanc finished with spring peas; or crispy fried chicken brined in pineapple juice, coated with tempura batter, and served with a ginger-peanut butter sauce.
