The first edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dining Series 2020 kicks off with one of the hottest collaborations between two generations of Thai chefs. Chef Ice Jongsiri and his brilliant team at Sorn (2 MICHELIN Stars) met with the street-food hawker legend Jay Fai (1 MICHELIN Star).
