We are pleased to announce the brand-new MICHELIN Star establishments in the eighth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2025.

From Thailand’s first Three Stars to a brand-new Two Star, plus four fresh One Stars and a Green Star shining bright, the eighth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Thailand is serving up culinary excellence.

While we won’t spill all the delicious details—scroll down for our Inspectors’ insights on the new stars—highlights include progressive twists on tradition, unforgettable seasonal plates, and a dynamic dining scene that keeps raising the bar.

With all these dazzling additions, it’s clear: the Land of Smiles is also the Land of Stars.


New Three Stars

Sorn

Bangkok
Southern Thai

Immerse yourself in the food culture of Southern Thailand, with the exquisite cooking of self-taught Chef-Owner Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri. Blending tradition with modernity, refinement with evolution, his perfectly paced menu offers an array of exhilarating flavours, all of which are in perfect harmony. Whether Tapi River prawns, Phuket lobster or Andaman squid, the ingredients will be truly stunning. The whole experience will more than make up for the very thorough process involved in securing a table.

New Two Stars

Côte by Mauro Colagreco

Modern Cuisine

Côte brings the essence of Riviera-inspired cuisine to Bangkok, embracing Mediterranean, French and Italian influences. The dishes are skilfully crafted and presented using modern techniques by Italian chef Davide Garavglia, who worked at Colagreco's principal restaurant for years. The culinary team revels in surprising guests at each course, curating seasonal menus based on the finest produce available that day.

AVANT

Bangkok
Modern Cuisine

The Singaporean chef is renowned for his culinary approach that combines traditional and modern techniques with meticulous attention to detail. His introduction to each course reveals his enduring passion for his craft. Seated at the L-shaped counter, diners can soak up the dynamic energy of the kitchen. The city view adds another dimension to this memorable culinary experience.

GOAT

Bangkok

With high ceilings and an interior adorned with Sino-Portuguese-inspired colours, GOAT plays with design just as it gives the food a unique twist. Elements of Thai, Chinese and Western cuisines are cleverly brought together in a Thai seasonal concept. It's a showcase of the chef's latest inspirations, using herbs grown onsite and ingredients sourced from all over Thailand. The team also crafts and ferments soft drinks that pair perfectly with each course.

AKKEE

Nonthaburi
Thai

This unassuming Thai gem delights with bold, regional dishes served in an immersive, dimly lit setting. Chef-owner Sittikorn's meticulous technique shines in his skilful updates of classic Thai recipes that change with the seasons. One notable feature is the traditional preparation in a no-frills kitchen, resulting in dishes with a rustic edge and distinct flavours. For the full experience, opt for the set menu, paired with selected Thai draft beers.

Aulis

Opened in December 2023, Simon Rogan's first Thailand venture, Aulis, is based on a 'chef's table' concept. The multi-course tasting menu presents native ingredients, many sourced from Thailand and local grower collaborations. Begin with an amuse-bouche over drinks in the lounge, then take a seat in front of the open kitchen to watch the chefs precisely plate farm-to-table fare imbued with Rogan's signature flair. The non-alcoholic pairing is also worth trying.

With 10 years of experience working in Australia, the chef seamlessly blends his international perspective with a deep love for his homeland as he crafts the menu. His culinary philosophy celebrates the essence of regional Thai cuisine while incorporating modern techniques to forge a fresh identity. In an elegant, modern space with high ceilings, enjoy the concise, expertly seasoned tasting menu, rife with delicate yet richly layered flavours.

New Green Star

Baan Tepa

Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam brings the farm-to-table concept to life with her detailed, contemporary Thai tasting menu. Seasonal and sustainable ingredients, some sourced from her own backyard, highlight a culinary journey through Thailand. The dishes present bold flavours and delicate spices, crafted by a charming team within an elegant villa setting. Sustainability is cultivated in every dish, showcasing nature’s flavours through locally sourced ingredients and herbs grown on-site. In this kitchen, 'waste' doesn’t exist. Food scraps are transformed into exquisite seasonings, crab shells become artistic table settings, and fruit and vegetable waste is turned into compost. Knowledge-sharing is also part of the mission, with guided tours and collaborations with local producers helping to sow the seeds of sustainability within the community.
