Den Kushi Flori debuts in Bangkok
Den Kushi Flori publicly opened in July on the LG Floor of Erawan Bangkok. The restaurant marks the first overseas expansion of the popular Den (Two MICHELIN Stars and MICHELIN Green Star, MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2023), where securing a table at Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa’s Tokyo establishment requires determination. He is renowned for his strict selection of quality, organic, local produce. The original Den Kushi Flori (One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2023) is a collaboration with Chef Hiroyasu Kawate of Tokyo-based Florilège (Two MICHELIN Stars and MICHELIN Green Star, MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2023), which offers creative French menus crafted with Japanese seasonal ingredients.

Den Kushi Flori has now arrived in Bangkok where diners get a distinctive experience with kaiseki-style skewers prepared by the talented Chef Susumu Shimizu, who earned the Tokyo branch its MICHELIN Star in the 2022 edition.

In addition to the Two MICHELIN Stars and the MICHELIN Green Star that guarantee their culinary expertise and eco-friendliness, the service at Den in Tokyo is also praised by our Inspectors. The hospitality team is led by Emi Hasegawa, Chef Hasegawa’s spouse, who was recently awarded the Service Award by the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2023.

No need to gamble for your seats in Tokyo. Den Kushi Flori Bangkok offers a 5-dish lunch at 2,800++ THB per person (12pm-3pm, with the last booking at 1pm). For dinner, a 7-dish course is priced at 3,500++ THB per person (6pm-9.30pm, with the last booking at 7.30pm).

Location: LG Floor, Erawan Bangkok Building, Phloen Chit Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok. Den Kushi Flori Bangkok is open daily, except on Tuesdays. For inquiries and reservations, please call +66 2022 0200 or message us via LINE OA: @denkushifloribkk.

The star of this seasonal offering is Yoi, an intriguing Vietnamese dish featuring braised duck in a five-spice curry (similar to Chinese-style braised pork belly) and curry powder. In another province, it can be likened to steamed blood sausage. The dish is served with a variety of wild vegetables.

The Contemporary Upper Isan tasting menu is priced at 3,900++ THB per person.
