Aesop’s (MICHELIN recommended, MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022)
This Greek-Mediterranean restaurant is filled with a deliciously fun atmosphere, especially when you go with a group. After all, where else can you throw plates and shout “Opa!” like they do in Greece? And the food is served in generous portions, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Like this trio of dips, ready for bread or veggies: tzatziki made from Greek yoghurt with cucumber, garlic, and dill; hummus of chickpeas and tahini; and melitzanosalata made from smoked eggplant and grilled peppers. And don’t forget their signature Flaming Cheese Saganaki, Greek cheese slathered in honey and lemon then flambeed in brandy tableside. For a main course, there’s the roasted cauliflower with tahini, lemon, parsley, and tangy sumac.

Haoma (MICHELIN recommended, MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022)
A restaurant focused on its culinary roots from the subcontinent, Haoma uses locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices. The restaurant embraces its philosophy of “we grow what we cook, we cook what we love”, as seen by the small vegetable and herb garden in the back and by the chef’s farm supplying fruits, vegetables, and grains. Chef DK brings it all together in his Vegetarian Experience, a ten-course tasting menu featuring champakali nimki with dahi ke kebab, cheese sandoz with yam pate, and melon tandoori. To enhance the flavours, there is a special beverage pairing available.

IGNIV (One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Guide 2022)
Its eye-catching name, IGNIV, speaks to the restaurant’s underlying theme. IGNIV means “nest” in Romansh, the mother tongue of founder Chef Andreas Caminada, who wants to create a cosy, welcoming ambiance for fine food lovers. He does this with Chefs David Hartwig and Arne Reihn by presenting their four-course menu as a family-style, sharing experience, complete with bread and their signature Candy Story sweets. The team is happy to cater to vegetarians and vegans — they just need at least one day’s notice.

Mia (MICHELIN recommended, MICHELIN Guide 2022)
Chefs Pongcharn Russell and Michelle Goh transformed this two-storey house in Sukhumvit into a fine-dining mecca. Their signature tasting journeys, featuring seasonal ingredients, include vegetarian and vegan menus that embody Mia’s distinctive flavourful innovations, starting with their four-bite starter of sweet potato tempura, carrot tart, chickpea puff, and edamame tartelette.

Thien Duong (Bib Gourmand, MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022)
The Dusit Thani’s Vietnamese restaurant has been a delicious paradise (“Thien Duong” translated) for over 30 years. The authentic flavours permeate every dish on the menu, which includes plenty of savoury vegetarian delights beyond the crisp, clean veggie accompaniments. Think black sesame crackers, spicy five mushroom salad, tomato soup with tofu and basil, and rice noodles with grilled tofu and cashew nuts.
