A nod to Manhattan’s American Italian diners circa 1950s, this colourful venue celebrates the era in everything from the floor tiles and chandeliers to the cutlery and staff uniforms. Similarly, the menu embraces the classics, such as their signature Tasmanian lamb tomahawk and Caesar Alla ZZ, its famous mixed salad prepared tableside with jumbo croutons.
