German Wintertime Classics At CURATE
Chef de cuisine Benjamin Halat draws on his German roots to bring a contemporary European winter to the table at CURATE, winner of Best Dining Experience at the Singapore Tourism Awards 2018. The eight-course festive dinner menu begins with German-inspired snacks and builds to creative dishes like Baden Baden, a hearty dish of venison loin served with pear, lingonberry, walnut cream and foie gras crepe cake inspired by game hunting in the Baden-Baden spa town of south-western Germany; Frankfurter Grüne Sosse, a salsa verde version of Halat’s signature soufflated egg; and Vacherin Mont D’or, a light espuma of the quintessential Christmas cheese dressed in generous shavings of white winter Alba truffles.

End The Year Swimmingly At Ocean Restaurant By Cat Cora
This iconic restaurant by American celebrity chef Cat Cora affords a mesmerising view of one of the world’s largest aquariums. Take in the underwater vista as you tuck into a six-course Christmas dinner menu featuring the likes of Herb Butter-cooked Hokkaido Scallop, Ocean Crust Lobster Bisque With Grand Marnier Cream and a dessert of strawberry champagne sorbet and balsamic berry compote. The six-course New Year menu available on 31 December and 1 January varies slightly, starring a Brined Duck Breast complemented by sweet potato puree, grilled zucchini and Pinot Noir Jus.

Nouvelle Jap New Year At Syun
Japanese celebrity chef Hal Yamashita has designed two festive menus for the season at his Singapore outpost. The six-course Christmas dinner menu includes Sukiyaki With Jidori Chicken, a winter dish in Japan that combines the traditional sukiyaki style of cooking with a local chicken delicacy twist, while the New Year Osechi seven-course menu pays homage to traditional Japanese food enjoyed during the New Year with Charcoal Grilled Kagoshima Beef and New Year-style Chirashi sushi served with grilled rice cake in a clear sake soup.

Acclaimed Japanese chef Masayasu Yonemura combines the artistry of Japanese kaiseki and the showmanship of teppanyaki at Teppan. The five-course festive dinner menu is a showcase of prime produce from Japan, including Japanese flounder carpaccio with sea urchin and caviar, and A4 Miyazaki Wagyu tenderloin steak and sautéed French foie gras.

Elegant Italian Gastronomy At Fratelli Trattoria
Get a taste of three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio from Italy right here in Singapore at Fratelli Trattoria, where chef brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea have created special dinner menus for Christmas and New Year. Taking inspiration from their family recipes, the Christmas dinner will feature dishes like home-made Casoncelli with Taleggio cheese filling, corn cream and mushrooms, as well as red prawn carpaccio with stracciatella cheese, tomato and basil. The New Year dinner menu will showcase the Cerea family’s creative modern interpretations in dishes like Risotto Ostriche e Caviale that features Carnaroli risotto, oysters and caviar.

Contemporary Chinese Creations At Forest森
Local celebrity chef Sam Leong whips up contemporary Chinese creations with a touch of Christmas cheer in delicacies like crispy turkey stuffed with taro paste and mushroom, paired with goose liver pan-fried in bamboo wine, as well as stewed beef short rib in fermented rice wine and braised asparagus. His son and junior sous chef Joe Leong rounds up the meal with a refreshing cranberry dessert.

Surf And Turf To Share At Osia Steak And Seafood Grill
Celebrate with a scrumptious spread of surf and turf put together by Australian chef Scott Webster and local chef de cuisine Douglas Tay. Think Maine lobster, Skull Island king prawn, Fremantle octopus, Hokkaido scallop and New Zealand little neck clams; as well as hearty cuts of meat like sweet pork rack chop, angus beef rib eye, pasture-fed lamb rack and kangaroo loin.

Thai Delights At Tangerine
Escape to Thai celebrity chef Ian Kittichai’s serene Singapore outpost nestled in the lush ESPA at RWS. The Thai-inflected Christmas menu includes Tom Kha Gai and a choice of seared Barramundi with tiger prawn or roasted stuffed quail in red curry sauce, while the five-course New Year dinner menu offers main course options of the seared barramundi or beef tenderloin with foie gras.

All-you-can-eat At Sessions
To celebrate the season, buffet restaurant Sessions will have a festive live station offering Western Christmas staples with a local touch. Diners can look forward to the likes of Roasted Whole Turkey With Creoles Mix Herb, Roasted Herb Potatoes and Roasted Lamb Chops With Melton Sea-salt, as well as sweet treats by executive pastry chef Kenny Kong.

The festive dinner buffet, inclusive of free-flow house wines, beer and soft drinks, is priced at S$118++ per adult and S$68++ per child, and is available on 30 November, 1 December, 7 to 8 December, 14 to 15 December, as well as 21 to 25 December 2018.
