Los Angeles is full of stars. However, leave it to Capital One Dining to up the ante even in Beverly Hills. Earlier this month, Gucci Osteria opened their doors and welcomed haute caviar purveyor Petrossian for an exclusive dinner highlighting quality, craft, and ingredients. However, before the dinner, guests indulged in some retail therapy scoping out Sabato De Sarno's latest offerings for the Italian label. Horsebit trim boots sitting alongside louche tailoring acted as the ideal amuse bouche before Chef Mattia Agazzi and his team presented the first bites.
Elegant dishes punctuated with Petrossian's delectable caviar satiated guests with a refined touch, while the wine pairings ensured each course activated and tantalized taste buds. And as the evening came to a close, Capital One ensured cardholders would remember the evening long after with a takeaway tin of Petrossian caviar and a Gucci Herbarium print dish for an equally chic at-home experience.
