Fiola, Washington, D.C. — December 13, 2025

For an extraordinary evening celebrating the pinnacle of Italian gastronomy, Chef Fabio Trabocchi of One MICHELIN Star Fiola hosts Chef Enrico Bartolini, who has been recognized with MICHELIN Stars at nine of his restaurants across Italy, including his namesake Three Star restaurant Enrico Bartolini al Mudec in Milan.

Taking pride in its farm-fresh ingredients and superb wines, Fiola celebrates the incredible diversity of regional Italian food. Trained under Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, known by some as the founder of modern Italian cuisine, Chef Trabocchi opened Fiola in 2011 to showcase the spirit and traditions of authentic Italian cuisine. His inspiration behind his restaurant comes from his father, a farmer who grew the food he ate growing up in the Le Marche region of Italy.

Similarly, Chef Bartolini, as the chef whose restaurants have earned the most MICHELIN Stars in Italy's history, is guided by his love for the country’s unique ingredients, flavors and culture. Trained under renowned Chef Massimiliano Alajmo and having worked with renowned chefs in Paris and London, he emphasizes the connection between past and present in contemporary Italian cuisine.

This one-of-a-kind dinner at Fiola is a unique collaboration of two acclaimed Italian chefs for what promises to be an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The culinary adventure will include a multi-course Italian tasting menu designed by Chefs Trabocchi and Bartolini, a cocktail hour with aperitif and elevated wine and beverage pairings. There will also be insights from the chefs on their shared passion for Italian cuisine, plus remarks from the chefs and MICHELIN Guide team.
