MICHELIN Inspector Field Notes: September 2019

Highlights of the latest thoughts from our MICHELIN inspectors.

inspectors

It's time to peel back the curtain a bit to give you some insight into what's going through the minds of our famously anonymous inspectors. The easiest way to do that? Following one of their Twitter accounts (Chicago, New York or California) or staying up to date with their latest Instagram posts. And yes, these are real inspectors sharing their personal thoughts.

Whoa! Let's not just skip over October.

It always fascinates me when an entire restaurant is run by just one person.

TMI.

It's hard to resist a good mille-feuille.

Sounds like it's high time to head to the Bronx to check out Beccofino.

Okay, I'll give it to whoever came up with this joke.

Even our inspectors are fans of #roséallday.

The inspectors seem to be fans of the new-ish Maison Yaki.

Has anyone ever fact-checked this \u201cthousand layers\u201d theory? That was my plan, but when my #millefeuille arrived, eating it seemed vastly more important @GtfishOyster #bibgourmand
