Known as Taiwan's "Godfather of Steaks", owner Danny has been cooking meat for over 40 years. He may no longer helm the kitchen, but he still shows his face and ensures quality. The set menus are good value: the meat – US prime cuts and Japanese and Australian Wagyu beef – is grilled to perfection over lychee wood and rested properly before being served. Dry-aged in-house for 14 days, the tender USDA prime rib eye boasts intense flavour.
