MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Known as Taiwan's 'godfather of steaks', the eponymous owner certainly knows what makes the best steaks. Prime cuts of U.S. dry-aged and Australian wagyu beef are grilled perfectly to your desired doneness over lychee wood in a broiler from the U.S. and then rested properly before being served. Even the homemade sourdough, french fries and desserts are hard to find fault with. Given the quality of the food and service, prices are more than reasonable.
