MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

To have diners feel they’re family guests is Vietnamese owner Tina’s modus operandi. The light canary-yellow room dotted with vintage posters makes you feel as if you were in a home in Saigon. Only fresh, high-quality ingredients – meticulously selected, with some items like rice wrappers and noodles imported from Vietnam – are used to make homely dishes such as classic com tam sai gon, chargrilled pork that comes with broken rice and steamed egg loaf.
