From 20 to 31 December 2024, chef Hideaki Sato will celebrate the holiday season with a festive dinner menu (HKD 3,580 per person) featuring seven courses that embody his culinary mantra of “pure, simple, and seasonal”. Not-to-be-missed dishes include house-made fresh pasta with “aonori” sauce topped with premium Hokkaido uni and Japanese white strawberry with pistachio cream, pistachio sable, and white meringue. Although Ta Vie is a three-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant, the venue is relatively petite. But it is exactly its size that turns it into the perfect venue for a quiet and intimate celebration that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Heimat means “home” in German. This Christmas, owner-chef Peter Find will serve a festive menu featuring the traditional German dishes he has fond childhood memories of. A highlight is the roast goose: orange, apple, and mugwort are first stuffed inside the bird and roasted for three hours. The result is a mouthwatering goose dish with tender meat and crispy skin. The menu will also come with homemade Glühwein and Feuerzangenbowle, a traditional German alcoholic drink for Christmas, bringing the holiday cheer to new heights. The festive menus are available from 9 to 26 December 2024 (HKD 480 to HKD 580 per person for lunch, HKD 1,380 to HKD 1,480 per person for dinner).

With a natural tone of yellow mustard and olive green, the restaurant evokes the ambience of Milanese trattorias from the 1970s.
