It may be located beneath a hotel but this tastefully furnished restaurant comes with lush garden views and a charming water terrace. The décor reflects a modern classical take in Chinese context – the booths divided by diaphanous curtains with dragon motifs are particularly charming. Likewise, the experienced chef delivers Jiang Nan classics with refined touches. Look out for steamed Reeves shad with distillers’ grains that exudes winey aromas.
