Despite its discreet entrance, the lavish dining room will take your breath away: strings of glass beads draped from the mirrored ceiling form a dazzling sculpture that spans the room’s length. The head chef champions a seasonally driven menu complete with modern techniques and aesthetics, but with a nod to Italian traditions. Boston lobster paccheri, for instance, is cooked to perfection, complemented by dried cherry tomatoes and basil pesto.
